Nike Running hosted its annual media summit in Beijing to launch the NIKE FREE collection and introduce the media to the next wave of Natural Motion designs. Our Beijing studio incorporated the hexagonal flex grooves of the collection as a design element for all aspects of the Summit, from the identity, architecture, exhibition design, and interactive elements.

To showcase the collection in action, the one-day event featured a running track, lounge for product displays, various interactive displays including a pressure map test, as well as an exhibition on The Genealogy of Free. We also collaborated with multi-media designer Murkus Schneider to incorporate audio, video and lighting in the Main Hall where designers and athletes were invited to give presentations.
