As part of a larger engagement examining how M.A.C. Cosmetics can utilize technology to improve their customer experience, 2x4 developed an in-store touch screen application that allows guests to discover their perfect foundation. The interface guides users through a simple step-by-step questionnaire that provides in-depth videos and simple multiple choice options. Once complete, the customer is given an overview of their results and the option to receive the results by email or text. 2x4 developed this application by working closely with M.A.C Cosmetics and their in-store makeup artists throughout strategy, user experience, and visual design.
