The Studio Coordinator serves as a central hub of our NYC studio – ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis and fostering a warm, organized environment for our internal team and visitors. This role works on a variety of tasks, from being the face of the studio for guests to coordinating internal and external meetings, working with vendors to keep our infrastructure stable, managing supplies, and overseeing our design archives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a collaborative studio environment while growing within a communications-oriented role, with exposure to marketing and content development.

This position is full-time, in person at our NYC studio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills; at ease in a fast-paced work environment; enthusiastic about collaborating across teams

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees day-to-day studio operations, including supplies, vendors, mail and deliveries
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and thoughtfully presented studio environment
  • Serves as primary liaison for building management, IT, cleaning staff, maintenance and repairs
  • Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries; greets and welcomes guests; manages incoming calls and general email
  • Supports client and internal meetings in studio, including scheduling, room setup, and refreshments
  • Plans and supports staff events
  • Provide administrative support to studio leadership and all teams, including scheduling, client deliveries, and travel logistics
  • Assist Project Management group with documenting and archiving completed projects
  • Assists with hiring initiatives and onboarding new team members; supports maintenance and creation of internal shared resources
  • Supports internal marketing efforts including producing content for website, social media, and newsletters

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000.
