Liwan Design Studios and Labs is a multifunctional co-working space to support Doha’s growing design community in what was once Qatar’s first girls’ school. Working closely with Qatar Museums (and the inspired founding team) we led the brand strategy, name, and visual identity team for the fledgling organization in collaboration with our long-time collaborators Morcos Key. The identity takes inspiration from the restored historic building, with soft colors, delicate lines, elegant typography, and a crafted mark.
