Over the past ten years Aranya has created a lifestyle brand closely associated with art, architecture and culture. Working with the Aranya Arts & Culture team, 2x4 Beijing developed a new brand strategy and design system with extensions to the online and offline magazine and Aranya film.
In keeping with the warm and friendly character of the brand, the visual system uses a variable lowercase letter ‘a’ to convey the broad range of Aranya Arts & Culture. The system morphs, reversing the ‘a’ to a lowercase ‘p’ for online and offline media arm, aranyaPost. The logo of Aranya Arts & Culture then serves as the basis for Aranya Film combining suggestions of eyes and light to form a variable and diversified design system.

这套视觉体系以可变的“a”为核心图形,传递出阿那亚文化的无限可能性,同时我 们保留了a的小写形式以表达阿那亚艺术服务生活的亲切友好。作为阿那亚文化下设 的新生媒体刊物阿那亚邮报“aranyaPost”,我们通过对a的笔画的巧妙反转形成字 母p,简单直接的表明两者关系。除了VI形象,我们还为该邮报设计了电子刊和印刷 画报的设计标准指引手册,并在跟阿那亚内容团队的密切配合下完成了前两期的电子 刊和印刷版画报的设计。借由阿那亚文化的Logo为容器,我们也为阿那亚影视设计 了VI及片头动画,结合眼睛和光的概念,将可变多元的设计策略贯彻始终。
