Chromasonic is part of the neuroarts movement utilizing light and sound to enhance wellbeing. Founded by multimedia installation artists Johannes Girardoni and Harriet Girardoni with sound artists Orpheo McCord and Joel Shearer, the project translates sound frequencies to light and light frequencies to sound in real-time, creating a meditative multi-sensory experience.
Our strategy and identity for the brand celebrates the immersive color and sound that visitors experience when they step into a Chromasonic space. Strong, bold floods of color create immersion while shift of saturation and tints create rhythm and depth, mimicking the feeling of being inside an installation. Stacking typography that modulate between various tints and shades of color further the hypnotic effect.
