2x4 partnered with iGuzzini, a global design brand dedicated to lighting solutions for spaces and people everywhere, to update and reimagine their brand strategy and identity.
In collaboration with architects and designers around the globe, iGuzzini has helped shape some of the world’s most innovative and iconic places. After over fifty years of growth, it was time to revisit the brand’s rich heritage to communicate the depth and breadth of its offerings and ethos and broadcast its vision. Through design, technical expertise, and a deep dedication to human needs, iGuzzini has cultivated a “culture of light,” a rich and nuanced understanding of the potential and impacts of light.
We developed an expanded brand architecture highlighting iGuzzini’s heritage and residential offerings, iGuzzini Living and iGuzzini Echoes. In addition to a comprehensive communications platform including key messaging, the new tagline “Light That Moves” captures iGuzzini’s mission of social innovation, always propelling people and places forward with inspiration, intelligence, and empathy. A cohesive typographic system, vibrant palette, and dynamic art direction, shaped by a contemporary interpretation of Italian modernism, update iGuzzini’s visual identity, lending clear and bright form to its culture, services, and product offerings.
