Working in collaboration with Miuccia Prada, curator Mark Godfrey, and the Fondazione Prada team, we designed the 2024 exhibition Pino Pascali, a retrospective of the artist’s short but potent career. We developed four distinct chapters unfolding across three buildings of the Fondazione Prada complex in Milan, each section a unique lens through which to appreciate Pascali’s work: recreations of his solo exhibitions, an in-depth exploration of the diverse materials he utilized in his sculptures, his playful engagement with his work captured through photography, and his influential contributions to group exhibitions during the late 1960s.
